Gerry heads our Hull and Machinery Claims Department, where he has a vast experience in handling claims relating to Collisions, Fire, Explosions, Grounding, Heavy Weather, Machinery damage, Towage, Wreck Removal, Constructive and Actual Total Loss, Salvage, Particular Average, General Average Claims and related Marine Perils including the provision of advice on Marine Policy wordings, claims survey and casualty investigations coordination, hull adjustment as well as with the settlement negotiation for contentions issues on behalf of principals.
